Chuunin Exam Sign-up

Now to sign up for the chuunin exams, you need to fill out the following sheet:

Character Name:
Character Age:
C-Rank Missions Completed:
D-Rank Missions Completed:
Sensei Approved?:
Kage Approved?:
Teammates:
Hidden Village:

I will be making sure if it is sensei and kage approved along with all of your team must apply if you are to enter the exams. Just reply to this sticky to enroll. The exam starter dates are listed in a second topic.
