Country (If Self-Created, Register It First Or Village Registration Will Be Denied): fire
Village Bio: it is a very peaceful village that flies above the highest mountain in the fire country so people who leave can have easy access.they may be peaceful but they can be very deadly enemys.

Not bad. I hope you don't mind me changing the picture into a link because of how big it is. Also, village symbols are supposed to simple. You could have an oval on it representing heaven or a kanji representing heaven on it.
Another thing is in the Naruto world, we don't have guns or machine weaponry like that. Also, villages that stay in one spot are preferred.
To add to this, self-made villages weren't created until after Naruto and Gaara's death, that meant that the 1st Hokage was long dead by then.
Another thing is that the Hokage is your leader, so why would he/she hand you a very powerful scroll when it would be safer in his/her own hands.
Please fix these things up ^^

It's name, in the japanese style, and it's official name is Joukaigakure no Sato, or Joukai for short. Joukai is japanese for heaven.
