Owner (Character Name): kobe A. sikinara
what it does:it has the power of ice infused with it. it has two abilities:
1.it emits a cold aura which i can change the temperature of it. i can make it cold enough to freeze some things and then i can make it normal temp
2.i can make it so that if it touches something that thing will be frozen solid but can be broken by a fire jutsu or a good hit with a weapon

what it does:it has the incredible power of lightning fused with it. it has two abilities:
1.i can make it so that if it touches anyone or anything a giant electric shock surges through that thing. this ability can paralize for the rest of the persons life if i shock them enough
2.i pour my chakra into it and if it hits something a sound like thunder with happen and it will break threw almost anything including some of the weaker rocks and someone the harder one
(these weapons are only for last resort)

Not bad. They remind me of Raiga's weaponry, actually. Tioria especially.
Well, these are very powerful weapons, and for truth be told, I'd say that they're both worthy of S rank.
My advice is power down the blades slightly, for example:
Zeoria:
1. 'it emits a cold aura which i can change the temperature of it. i can make it cold enough to kill some people or normal temp.' - This sounds good, only that it shouldn't make things cold enough to freeze and die. Only Hiroshi ice attacks infused into the blade could do that, because of their kekkei genkai.
2. 'i can make it so that if it touches something that thing will be frozen solid' - This is just too far fetched. Besides, one ability per weapon XP
Tioria:
1. 'i can make it so that if it touches anyone or anything a giant electric shock surges through that thing. this ability can kill if i inject enough lightning' - If anything, have it like Raiga's blade. You need to be oflightning afinity and using lightningjutsu for this to even consider working.
2. '.i pour my chakra into it and if it hits something a sound like thunder with happen and it will send whatever is hit flyingback' - Sounds more like a jutsu than an ability to me.

| Power them down a bit, and once it's suited enough to be at a decent level, then it will be accepted. |

Alright. Because of rank and power level, it will take you 25 posts per weapon in Kumo's training grounds in order for you to master them. That is 50 posts in total to master both weapons. Good luck.
Oh, and that's at least one paragraph, 4 lines per post, posts. |

| You can, of course.Being a Raikage, you need no teacher, so you train on your own accord. If you want, I canpop in fo conversation on occasion, though thematter of the peace treaty's resignation is at hand. I'll createa topic in cloud's forum for the Raikage and Kazekage village set's peace treaty resignation, attack me while I'm there if you don't want a peace treaty. |
