Hand Seals Required (Nin/Gen Only): Ram, Tiger, Monkey, Snake
Jutsu Effect (What does it do?): The user will send a wave of chakra into the brain of another, giving them amnesia. Depending on how concentrated this wave is, is on how long the amnesia is. If the user sends an extremely strong wave of chakra into the victim, the vctim will have permananet amnesia (irreversable) and the user will die.
Damage Inflatable (Does it kill or just make a scratch?): Depends on how much chakra is concentrated

This is Orochi's technique, and it is used to clear Ketsueki of her memory, killing the snake-summoner right after use. |
