Good character, only this forum is based 200 years in the future. Itachi is long gone, and if it weren't for the weasel, the Uchiha would've died with the old pervert. The clan is well and truly alive in both Suna and Konoha, so there is nothing to get revenge for since the clan isn't dead.
Also, 'YS' is not a bloodtype. Bloodtypes are O, A and B or a combination of 2 of the three, plus a '+' sign or a '-' sign can be added on the end to show whether it's positive or negative. For example, Sasuke Fujiiro's bloodtype is AB+ and the list goes on.
Also, have some originality and pick a better quote, as these are like catch phrases or just stuff that defines the personality. For example, my character Jayden Kalidan, a fire-weilding elemental, is a hot-headed, sarcastic and lazy woman, thus the quote "Fuck off, I'm sleeping" suits her personality well, or for another example, Sasuke Fujiiro's personality is calm, kind and loving with a hint of a playful side, thus the quote "Teiru, calm down, you're scaring the children" is good, as it shows her personality.
You also didn't list a family, you only have to put 'Family: Older brother (deceased), step brother (alive, mother (deceased), father (Alive)' as an example.
Don't forget to include an image or description for your character's looks.
