The Academy
Here is the guide to what will happen once you enroll into the academy's two-week course. In the academy, you will learn the following techniques:
Basic Taijutsu
Basic Genjutsu
Basic Ninjutsu
Basic Weapons Training
In the two week course, there are six jutsu you are required to learn. They are:
Substitution Jutsu
Disguise Jutsu
Clone Jutsu
Paper Bomb Activation
Escape Jutsu
Transformation Jutsu
This would mean that the student would have made twelve training posts and six days of the academy would have passed by. That would leave eight to go. Within the next four days, the academy ninja is required to train in the basic weapons and taijutsu skills. A minimum of 20 training posts for the combined two over the four days, must be made. Then basic genjutsu skills if trained by the academy ninja for the next 2 days with a minimum of 10 training posts down. Remember that training posts must be detailed, or in other words, at least two 5 sentence paragraphs per post. No one-liners.
The next day is dedicated to the learning of the past Kage and some other theory work. The last day is the graduation exam where you are to show your complete six jutsu, taijutsu/weapons training skills and genjutsu releasing skills. If granted a C (like school grading) or more, you graduate the academy and are assigned into your genin team with a sensei.
That's life at the academy for you! Oh, if you do fail the academy, you have to repeat the process again. If you have already mastered the required jutsu and skills, you can get a higher rank jutsu and practice that for the two weeks. Remember, B-Rank jutsus from an academy student are guaranteed graduations.
