I'd sugest you be... the 5-tail whale-horse, the steam-orientated demon. That means you can to use, as your primary ability, steam jutsu. Like Gaara/Shinigami manipulates sand thanks to Shukaku/Ichibi, the 1-tail Tanuki, you could manipulate steam like Han and Gobi, the five-tail whale-horse.
I think it suits your character ^^
