Tamoe 1 - 100 posts
Tamoe 1 grants a small smackrel of power while allowing the user to do basically nothing with it, its somewhat useless i gotta admit x.x
Genin may obtain this by fighting a near death fight after the post quota has been fulfilled
Tamoe 2 - 350 posts
Tamoe 2 allows the copying of genin ranked taijutsus, you can also begin to see through some simple genjutsus at this point you can distinguish a genin clones from a normal person (thats its limit)
Chuunin may obtain this after post quota is fulfilled and can only be achieved in a fight with a Tamoe 3 using shinobi in which the current tamoe 1 Sharingan will force itself to evolve to try and keep up with the other ninja. (You can also obtain this level by training your level one sharingan a lot. I'd say 350 posts for a Chuunin and 375 for Genin. This option was made based on the fact that the Sharingan can help in the chuunin exams)
Tamoe 3 - 700 posts
Tamoe 3 grants the user vast amounts of speed as well as the ability to counter and copy jutsus, jutsus that have elements you do not have drain large sums of chakra
Only achievable at Jounin level achieved through battling a kage level or high ranked Uchiha member. (Or through a hard, emotion-filled battle like when Sasuke awakened his 3 tomoe sharingan when fighting Naruto)
Pre-Mangekyou Sharingan - 1400
Pre-Mangekyou gives large sums of speed again but that's it also has the abilities of the tamoe 3.
Only available to Legendary Uchiha deemed worthy by the clan leader.
Mangekyou Sharingan - 3000
Mangekyou Sharingan will grant you with one or two individual powers of the eye at random along with a random design. Can only be achieved after the post quote is filled by killing your best friend. After 7 uses your character will go blind.
Eternal Mangekyou - 5000
Eternal Mangekyou is the Mangekyou minus the blind thing, plus when and if you achieve this, you will be immortal unless killed in battle. Can only be acheived by taking the eyes of a sibling with mangekyou sharingan. (Killing the sibling is not nessecary, you can transplant the eyes without killing)
