Biography: he grew up as a boy with basicaly no family since his parents were killed days after he was born.his only family right now is his twin brother rikuya.kobegrew up with a hard life since he had to feed off others to survive. kobe got threw his graduation exams on the first try and the same for the chunnin exams. the jounin exams were the harder one though. kobe got through that one on their third try.kobe had a hard life but he kept himself together and made it to the spot of raikage soon enough

Hello. I am Sekibaku Sikinara, I assume that's the clan you were referring to? If that is the case, your character needs to have the last name "Sikinara" to be in the clan.
I would also recommend you posted a quick biography on the clan boards so I can have a look at your character and officially accept you in to the clan.
Hn. There are a few kinks you have to fix up in order for 'Kobe' to be accepted. First off, if part of a clan, you have to bear the same surname to that of the clan. You seem to want to be a Sikinara, thus you should be named 'Kobe A. Sikinara'.
Secondly, everyone starts out as an Academy ninja, as well as the fact that the three 'Sannin' are Kage level Jounin, or 'special jounin'.
Thirdly, a biography is necessary so we can know about the character's past. I don't mind how small, but a basic outline is better than nothing. We don't need someone like Tenten on here, we want character depth peoples! (I was referring to Tenten's lack of character depth, not her, herself.)
Other than that, it's all good. Just... don't go sizing up the Kazekage, Ketsueki, showing she's only about 5'3" at best. The kid's always been short...
Oh, on second thought, how would you like to become the Raikage? Leader of the cloud village. Let me know!
Hn. Not bad, your character has been accepted. I'll see what your heaven village is like ETC, and if I do accept it, it will go under the Hokage's rule for that's how things work, each village is added to the next available village set and the Hokage's village set is next. You will be ruling the hidden cloud, grass and heat haze villages ^.^
