Biography:
Joukai, son to the Hyuuga clan leader, is a very sweet boy with a normal life.
After graduating the academy at 12, he was teamed up with Tsume Inuzuka, Aoiro Mizuno and Todoroshi Mizuzuka-sensei.
He was one of the sand genin on the rescue Ketsueki mission.

Unlike Neji, he doesn't have that superiority complex, so he can accept defeat and he knows when to stop. Joukai was top of his year, as he was that smart.
He talks like Neji, yes, and looks like him too, but Joukai is slightly more sarcastic and easy-going, also he just believes destiny is the steering wheel of the car, (metaphor) so he's just there for the ride.
He's also against braggers, its annoying to him.
