Jutsu Effect (What does it do?): Creates a massive ball of fire in the sky which after a few seconds explodes like a supernova and annihilates everything it touches within a large area. When seen from a distance at night, the light is so bright that it looks like a sunrise, hence the name. Due to the speed of the explosion, if you are not Uchiha Madara, the 4th Hokage or have some other form of Space/Time Ninjutsu you are highly likely to die from this technique.
Damage Inflatable (Does it kill or just make a scratch?): Annihilates everything
Element: Fire
If you think this is over the top, look up Chibaku Tensei, the Rinnegan technique. It created the Moon by sucking matter from the Earth (That is a hell of a lot of matter)
On usual occasion, I would deny a jutsu like this, but that number of handsigns is a real headache to even read, so I'll pass it through. The handsigns balance out the power.

Hehe yea, I wanted that jutsu for three reasons
1. It sounds awesome
2. I wanted a jutsu with a huge amount of hand seals
3. I wanted something incredibly powerful
By the way, like I said before, Chibaku Tensei (Rinnegan jutsu) is more powerful, and requires the amazing total of 0 hand seals to use.
