Jutsu Training - How Long You Have To Train To Master It

Unlike some other sites, here at NRPG, there are no limits to jutsu you can posses. If you do the required amount of training, a Genin will be able to master an S-Rank jutsu if they want, but usually that isn't the case.
Each rank has different learning times so the higher the rank you are, the faster you can learn jutsu. Each ranked jutsu will take longer than the one before, so an A-Rank will take longer to be trained and set than a D-Rank and so on.
Here is the time lengths academy students will take with the ranks:

E-Rank:
Academy students are required to learn most E-Rank jutsu during their two week Academy course. More information will be posted on that course in this forum in another topic. Jutsu learning times for academy usually consist of 2 detailed training posts in the Academy Training Yard (in the Academy forum).

D-Rank:
For extra marks in the graduate exam, where you can perform one D-rank jutsu of your choice. D-Rank missions the jutsu of the individual choice and they do take longer than E-Ranks. The academy student time length for D-Ranks is 5 detailed training posts. Because you are an academy student, you train in the academy student training yard.

C-Rank:
C-Rank jutsus for academy students are pretty hard to complete but if you do complete one while in academy, like the others, it's with you for ever until your character dies. Also you are almost guaranteed a graduation to genin if you successfully show off a C-Rank jutsu. The time length is 10 detailed posts. Again, it must be learned in the academy training grounds due to your academy-nin rank.

B-Rank:
It is very rare for an academy student to learn and become accustom to a B-Rank jutsu to the time it takes to learn. It will take you 25 detailed posts of training to complete. If you wish to learn a B-Rank before graduation, I suggest you start early. You are guaranteed a graduation if you show them a successful B-Rank jutsu.

A-Rank:
Due to high difficulty and length to learn, an academy student would have to start training for it on day one of the academy along side with the e-rank jutsus for it will take you 35 detailed posts to complete. Again, it has to be learnt in the academy training yard.

S-Rank:
For an academy ninja to learn an S-Rank jutsu is almost impossible for the time it takes is far past the normal post amount set for the academy ninja. Not only that, but S-Rank jutsus are rendered forbidden due to the fact it either fights the laws of nature or harms the user. If you are still persistent to learn such a jutsu, the time length is 50 detailed posts.

The next list is the learning times for genin. From here on out, I will not list E-Rank because that will only require 1 detailed post for them all. That is the minimum after all.
Now for the list:

D-Rank:
For a genin, they are encouraged to learn D-Rank jutsu and develop their own style. Because of this, the D-Rank jutsu time is 3 detailed posts. You may train in your village set's training grounds unless you have permission from another Kage to train in theirs.

C-Rank:
C-Rank jutsus are guaranteed to help out you as a genin for many of genin jutsus are C-Rank, though most as D-Rank. The time length for them is 7 detailed posts. Same thing with the training grounds as the last one.

B-Rank:
Sometimes a genin will have the occasional B-Rank jutsu in his/her arsenal, so to get these B-Rank jutsus, the genin will need to train 10 detailed posts for it to set.

A-Rank:
It isn't rare nor is it common to see a genin ninja to hold one or two A-Rank jutsu in his/her arsenal. The training time length is 20 detailed posts to set.

S-Rank:
Because these are forbidden, they are hard to be trained into. The training required to learn an S-Rank as a genin is 45 detailed posts to set.

The next list is for chuunin:

D-Rank:
Chuunin are much more skilled than genin so a chuunin will take only 2 detailed posts to set for them to learn a D-Rank mission. Same deal with the training grounds as genin.

C-Rank:
Chuunin are highly encouraged to know many C-Rank jutsu so to support this, the time length for a C-Rank is 5 detailed posts to set.

B-Rank:
Because many chuunin jutsus do consist of B-ranks, the training times for a b-rank is 7 detailed posts.

A-Rank:
It is known to be quite common for a chuunin to have a few or more A-Rank jutsu in his/her arsenal, so the time length for a chuunin to learn an A-rank jutsu is 15 detailed posts to set.

S-Rank:
Of course, due to being forbidden, the length to learn one of these jutsu is 40 detailed posts.

Here is the list on how special jounin take to the training system. from now on D-Ranks wont be mentions because for special jounin and above, they fall on the 1 post minimum mark like E-Ranks. The list:

C-Rank:
Special Jounin are expected to known many C-Rank jutsu, so to help this, the time length is 3 detailed posts to set.

B-Rank:
A special jounin's arsenal is mainly made up of B-Ranks amongst other things, so to encourage the learning of such jutsu, the time length for B-Ranks is 5 detailed posts to set.

A-Rank:
A special jounin isn't expected to have alot of A-Rank jutsu, but they usually have five or six at least. The set time length is 10 detailed posts to set.

S-Rank:
Of course, due to being forbidden, the length is 35 detailed posts.

Now for jounin. From now on, C-Ranks will not be posts due to them hitting the minimum 1 post along with D's and E's. The list:

B-Rank:
Being expected to know many B-ranks, the time length to learn them is 3 detailed posts to set.

A-Rank:
Jounin usually have many A-Rank in their arsenal, so to support this, the time length set for A-Rank is 5 detailed posts to set.

S-Rank:
Being forbidden, the limit is 30 detailed posts.

Now for those who are Kage, Sannin and Kage level. For these ninja, all but S-Rank hits the 1 post minimum limit. This is the S-Rank Kage limit:

S-Rank:
Forbidden, 25 detailed posts to set.

Now there is a catch to all of this and that is you are only aloud to study/train for one jutsu at a time. Yes, that means you cannot multi-task when learning jutsus. That is why you are guaranteed a graduation from the academy for completing the required jutsus and a B-rank.
If you do not follow the criteria and try and perform the jutsu, it will fail and if you are participating in an exam, you will fail it. So my advice is train the right way.
On rare occasion, there will be calls for high ranked nin like Kage etc, and when that happens, the selected is aloud to choose 1 S-Rank, 2 A-Ranks, 5 B-Ranks, 10 C-Ranks, 18 D-Ranks and all the E-Ranks to be automatically learned, AKA, no training needed. After that, you will have to train by your previous rank's training system for two weeks etc. If you are bumped up from an academy to a Kage, for example, it will take you 12 weeks until you can train at Kage speeds, basically at each two weeks interval you are bumped up a training level as if you had entered and passed all of the exams.
Until next time,
Your Kazekage, Ket.
