Biography:
Setsuna was the second child in his family. He was born to two high-ranking shinobi. Setsuna’s older brother was already a jounin by the time Setsuna was born. Setsuna lived a normal life until he was five. Ever since he was five Setsuna was harshly trained by his family. His father trained him in ninjutsu, his brother trained him in taijutsu, and his mother trained him in genjutsu.
At age six Setsuna entered the academy. It was also at this time that Setsuna mastered the Goukakyuu no Jutsu and his little sister was born. Setsuna was at the top of his class and was the number one rookie of the year. He scored perfect grades and got perfect marks on all every test he took. Setsuna trained harder than everyone else and graduated from the academy at age twelve.
At age twelve Setsuna was assigned to a genin squad. Setsuna considered the other two members a burden and didn’t want to be associated with them. He was very harsh on his teammates and didn’t accept their excuses for not being as strong as he was. During this time Setsuna’s mother and father were killed on a mission. This left Setsuna and his siblings to fend for themselves. Setsuna looks after his sister and is always being taken care of by his older brother. In his spare time Setsuna studies clan secrets.
Personality:
Cold, emotionless, anti-social and a loner by heart. Setsuna also considers himself an avenger. Setsuna cares for his comrades deeply and will do anything for them. Setsuna spends all his time training, studying, and mastering new techniques. He does not like to relax even if he needs to be in the hospital.
In battle Setsuna is merciless and can even be a little sadistic. He always fights with all his power and never goes easy on anybody. Setsuna prefers using ninjutsu and taijutsu in a fight. He will use genjutsu but doesn’t like it. Setsuna is very cunning in battle and can always think and plan moves in advance. Setsuna also uses various weapons in battle his favorite being swords.

Ok, great character and discription, but I wouldn't mind a little bit of originality. I would consider your character is actually Sasuke, with a new name and a sister. I would at least appreciate you change his looks, or at the very least, change his clothes. Another thing is, everyone starts out as an academy student, not a genin. You have to have a private sensei teach you your academy jutsu before becoming a genin. For your private sensei, as you are a leaf genin, you can have Takashi Mitarashi, decendant of Anko Mitarashi. He hates sweets and is, to be blunt, an impatient asshole. I would let you be trained by Kuro Hoshino, but he's a soft-assed moron (blonde) who couldn't give a shit if you trained or not, so if you want to become a genin, you have to be trained by the impatient asshole. Sorry.
Oh, Takashi is an ex-ANBU, that is why he's an asshole.
So try and make your character have a little more originality, maybe have a personality quirk, or maybe not be obsessed with power to the brink of going to an old pedophilic snake who rapes you. Take a wild guess about who I'm talking about.
So, yeah, try to be original, at least give him a new look or hav him say something other than 'loser' all of the time. There is a reason that Sasuke is not immortal (and died, obviously).
