Jutsu Name: Ninja art: Art of the Ice Golem
Jutsu Rank: C-rank
Jutsu Type (Nin/Gen/Tai): Nin
Hand Seals Required (Nin/Gen Only): Inu [dog], I [boar/hog], Tatsu [dragon], Mi [snake/serpent], Tora [tiger]
Jutsu Effect (What does it do?): This jutsu takes nearby water and then forms it into a golem of ice. The user can shape the golem how they wish. If the golem gets damaged the user can use water to repair the golem although that expands more chakra. The size of the golem depends on how much water is nearby, and the amount of chakra put into to the golem. The golem can change beased on the user's will. [ie. it can change from a defensive golem to offensive, or even change an arm into a axe or something]
Damage Inflatable (Does it kill or just make a scratch?): depends, defensive golems cause no damage, offensive golems can scratch or kill as needed.
