Clan Name: The Ito Clan
Kekkei Genkai/Clan Ability: They can read both sound and chakra waves in a form similar to that of echolocation, as long as their eyes are closed. Depending on the concentration of the wave, the view can be from extremely detailed, to a simple sonar detector.
Clan Bio: The Ito Clan did not originally have a Kekkei Genkai, and it was created by Kenshin Ito, and manufactured into specific test subjects, beginning with his own five-year old son Daigoro. Although it was manufactured, each subject had their genes modified so that it continues in the bloodline. So, each subject was formally inducted into the Ito Clan after the death of Kenshin.
All of the Ito, whether side branch or main branch, are scientists, that rival the Nara clan in power.
Location/Village: Sand
How many side branches from the main branch? There is also a side branch residing in Konoha, where the Ito with the Kekkei Genkai reside. All other Ito members are in the Sand, and do not have the ability.
Distinguishable Clan Member Appearance (Eg: The Hyuuga's white eyes/The Aburame's mysterious outfits/etc.): THe Ito are usually seen wearing red or white wristbands, whether they have the kekkei genkai or not. Red with, white without.
